More specifically, STEM is an approach to learning and develop skills in the areas of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. STEM is not, new, but in recent years it is gaining momentum because educators look for more effective and meaningful ways to connect with and engage students. In Greece, it is believed that technology and engineering are inferior to the other two. However, f1 in schools teach us that they are just as important and that they are a vital part of the modern economy.  Through STEM, students develop key skills, such as teamwork, creativity, critical and independent thinking, and much more. In addition, it is undoubtable that future jobs will require this kind of skills. Last but not least, STEM is a way for kids to get in contact with these domains and learn many things about them.
